Cascade Wellness Resort is located in the picturesque city of Lagos, in the West of the Algarve. Enjoying a truly unique and stunning cliff-top location this is the perfect setting for an active wellness holiday, along with breath taking views of the Algarve coastline.

The resort comprises of guests rooms, apartments and villas that are surrounded by luscious gardens and glistening swimming pools. Bathe around the hotel main pool edged by swaying palm trees and magnificent sea views or relax around the spa pool and jacuzzi. Children will love two dedicated kids pools, and a sand bottomed pool which is perfect to dip in and build sandcastles.

There is some fantastic outdoor trails for cycling and hiking whilst taking in the incredible scenes of the local area. Explore the Monchique mountain range, or the Natural Park of the Vicentine Coast or head to one of the Algarve beaches where you can try water sports, go on fishing trips or simply soak up the Mediterranean sunshine.

Children are far from forgotten at Cascade Wellness Resort where families can make special memories together. If you can be torn away from the swimming pools or from the stunning local surroundings then your children can enjoy making friends whilst climbing the pirate ship or at the Caskiddy Kids Club where there is an indoor playroom and outdoor area for 3-12 years. Football mad lovers will be ecstatic to be able to take part in football training camps held in high season where dribbling, passing and shooting skills are taught to 5-15 year olds.
