Note: The wedding ceremony is performed on Palm Island, however a trip to St. Vincent is required to secure proper legal documentation. Air transportation to St. Vincent and applicable airport transfers are not included in the wedding package for the bride and groom and the marriage officer.
An additional cost will therefore apply and to be paid locally.

Spa:Whilst Palm Island is a small place, the spa menu is extensive and offers the perfect treatment for all and provides the best when it comes to leaving you feeling relaxed and revived. The expert therapists are on hand to pamper you with face and massage therapies from Swedish and Shiatsu to Reflexology. Soothing essential oils and creams are used to leave you feeling revitalised and feeling your best. Treat yourself to a luxury manicure or leave your skin glowing with a delightful body wrap.
The Palm Island a beachfront Spa is a must do experience while in the resort. The Spa by Palm Island Resort enjoys a stunning beachfront location with two double treatment rooms plus an additional room dedicated to manicures & pedicures as well as a hairdressers.
Treatment rooms enjoy beachfront location plus a Jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the ocean ideal for star gazing in the first one, and a tub on the deck the perfect spot for a soak and glass of Champagne whilst watching the sunset over the Grenadines in the second one.
The spa offers two different product lines: Aromatherapy Associates and the second one all naturally made Caribbean Blue Naturals range using Hibiscus and Frangipani.
Beachfront Room
Beachfront Rooms are spacious and private, where guests enjoy the home-from-home living in a Beachfront Room featuring king size beds, furnished terraces with views of the Caribbean Sea and Union Island, small seating areas, coffeemaker and bathrooms with shower. Includes a nightly turn-down service.
Island Loft Garden
Furnished with a king-sized bed and offering an abundance of charm and privacy, the Island Lofts are perched above the ground on stilts and set back in the gardens. These rooms a king bed, private terraces, deep soaking tubs and separate shower. Includes a nightly turn-down service.
Third person can be accommodated on roll away bed only.
Palm View
Set back in the tropical gardens, Palm View rooms offer two queen sized beds or King bed and master baths. These rooms provide seating areas and furnished terraces, coffee maker, either a deep soak bathtub and single shower, or a double shower in the bathroom, and a nightly turn-down service.
Superior Beachfront Room
These single story duplex 450sq. ft. rooms feature modern Caribbean styled architecture, cool white tile flooring and stone accents throughout. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open onto a private walled patio with beach shower, offering additional outdoor living space and direct beachfront access. Each unit has king bed with individually controlled air conditioning, plush bathrobes, magnifying bath mirror, complimentary beverages in refrigerated mini-bar, nightly turndown service, personal safe, hair dryer, coffeemaker, kettle, alarm clock, iron/ironing board, room to room telephone & rainfall walk in shower.
Sea Grape Suite
Seagrape Suites feature King sized beds and newly refurbished bathrooms in 2017 with double showers for two as well as large soaking bathtubs. Suites offer pull out couches in sitting area and oversized master baths. These accommodations provide the best view of the sunset as they face directly westward.
They can accommodate maximum 3 adults.
SeaFeather Villa (3Bed)
Seafeather Villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers full kitchen and living and dining area. For the comfort of the guests the golf cart is included.
Southern Cross Villa (2Bed)
Southern Cross Villa can accommodate up to 4 adults. It offers full kitchen, living and dining area. For the comfort of the guests the golf cart is included.

Royal Palm
The elegant Royal Palm is located right by the white-sand beach. The resorts menu changes based on season and availability, incorporating locally grown herbs and produce, some of which are from the on-property greenhouse. The extensive lunch menu includes salads, pizzas and pastas as well as a selection of local favourites.
After dark, the ambience becomes decidedly more elegant. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres are served in the adjacent bar and dining is by lamplight with an array of dishes from the a la carte menu.

Sunset Grill
The Sunset Grill is a casual beachfront restaurant, open to guests as well as visiting yachtsmen. It has a new tropical elegant colour schemes, furniture and fixtures and extended terrace for extra seating. It offers an extensive lunchtime menu which highlight is a fresh catch of the day or the Palm Island Pizza. A la carte dinner is served on selected evenings.

Transfers to the Grenadines are by light aircraft, please note that baggage allowance is 23kgs per person. There may be instances that bags may be transferred on a separate flight which can be the following day, we recommend a small hand bag is taken on board in case bags do not arrive the same day.
Palm Island bookings are routed through the Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI - Barbados).
Flight Schedules are subject to change:
• Guests must arrive to Barbados by 3:15 pm to make the connecting flight to Union Island.
• After clearing Immigration in Barbados, guests will be met by our designated ground agents and escorted to the inter-island flight departure area.
• Flight departs BGI at 4:30 pm arrives UNI at 5.15 pm. (subject to change)
We recommend to book a fast track in Barbados on arrival to clear customs and immigration.
Union Island to Barbados (Available 7 days per week)
• Flight departs Union Island at 10:50 am and arrives Barbados at 11:50 am (subject to change)
• Please allow at least 90 minutes to clear Customs and Immigration to Barbados.

An allowance of 1 standard piece of hand luggage per passenger not to exceed 13 lbs. (5.8 kg)
The free checked luggage allowance is one bag weighing 22.6kg per person. The charge for the second bag (not to exceed 22.6kg) is US$50 per passenger. The charge for the third bag (not to exceed 22.6kg) is US$100 per passenger (subject to change). The maximum number of checked bags allowed per passenger will be 3 bags. Due to the restrictions of inter-island flights, there is a possibility that a guest's luggage may not arrive on Palm Island at the same time the guest arrives. Therefore, it is suggested that guests booked to Palm Island pack a carry-on bag with a change of clothes and necessary toiletries in the event the luggage does not arrive at Palm Island until the following day.
Due to the limitations of the inter-island flights, there is a possibility that a guest’s luggage may not arrive at Palm Island on the same flight as the guest. Therefore, we advise all guests that they should pack a carry-on bag with a change of clothes & necessary toiletries in case luggage does not arrive until the following day.
Guests staying at Union Island are required to pay departure tax in cash only upon leaving Palm Island.
A resort fee of $24 per room per night will be applicable and is payable directly to the hotel at check-in.
Please note that as of 15th April 2023, Palm Island Resort & Spa will become an adult's only resort.
