Beach Villa
The charming and delightful Beach Villa's are a spacious 59 sqm. These single-storey Villas are perched on the edge of the beach overlooking the sea. Rooms enjoy a bathtub and separate shower, including an additional shower outdoors.
Garden Pavilion
These welcoming Garden Pavilion rooms offer up 49 sqm of living space and are located in eleven separate two-storey units. Each unit is comprised of four Garden Pavilions and is nestled within landscaped gardens.
Grand Garden Pavilion
Grand Garden Pavilions are as the name suggests, grand. With a total interior around 55 sqm, a separate dining area, large balcony with outdoor sofa and direct access to the new ‘Wellness Pool’ this Pavilion has it all. Modern technological touches, luxurious amenities, fully stocked mini-bars and a pillow menu complete this incredible room.
Terrace Suite
With 60 sqm of space, Terrace Suites provide an expansive outdoor living room and terrace complete with your very own pantry and generously stocked mini-bar. From the lower floor there is also direct access to the stunning new ‘Wellness Pool’.

Sundowner Bar
Sundowners Bar faces Layana’s peaceful beach and is great for both refreshing fruit drinks and evening cocktails. Guests under the age of 18 years old are not permitted.
Please note Layana Resort & Spa has different transfers operating for low season and high season.
For travel in high season (November to April) we recommend the “Private Car + Resort Boat” transfer. This is the easiest way to access Layana as the resort’s own boat will take you directly to the hotel. Please note the boat is a shared transfer.
For travel in low season (May to October) we recommend the “Car + Passenger Ferry” transfer. Using a passenger ferry you will arrive into Koh Lanta Yai before continuing your journey to the hotel by car.
