Hurawalhi Island Resort

Hurawalhi Island Resort is a luxury adult only escape, tucked away in the Lhaviyani Atoll and home to a magnificent house reef and turquoise lagoon. Situated on its own private island and just a scenic forty-minute seaplane flight away from Male International Airport, it doesn’t take long to reach pure paradise.

There are just ninety villas in total on Hurawalhi Island Resort with many of them boasting a stunning private pool. Amongst the beautiful selection of villas are the Ocean Pool Villas, suspended over the crystal-clear waters and offering easy access into the Indian Ocean from a private sun deck. Hurawalhi Island Resort offers an incredible array of premium amenities to enjoy including a fabulous infinity pool and many fitness facilities including tennis and padel courts, table tennis and a football pitch. There is also a fitness centre with state-of-the-art equipment, and you will also find one of the best designed spas in The Maldives which features over-water treatment rooms with glass viewing panels in the floor. Sulha Spa offers award winning spa experiences from indulgent couples’ massages to natural skin care and there is also a holistic programme for those who enjoy yoga and mindful practices. There is also Canneli Restaurant, a scrumptious buffet with live cooking stations, and Kashibo that dishes up authentic Asian street food and Teppanyaki. Junk Food Kitchen offers a vegan menu of comforting classics including burgers, nachos and cauliflower buffalo wings that even the most avid meat eaters will enjoy. Coco Bar has an al fresco terrace and serves drinks to the poolside and is also a great place to watch sports, play games and enjoy a nightcap. Enjoy a glass of champagne at the Champagne Pavilion, set over the water and perfect for those romantic evenings and there is also a wine cellar with more than 355 wines to choose from. The island also hosts enjoyable entertainment from cultural dance shows, live music and DJs and other themed events.
