In the interest of the safety for guests and staff, boat trips will not operate at night. The operating hours for the speedboat transfers are from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Due to these restrictions, pick-ups by limousine and minibus from the Airport/Hotel operate between 6:00am and 4:00pm. 
Please note: if your flight arrival time is after 4:00pm, we suggest you book accommodation in Phuket or Krabi. You will be picked you up directly from the hotel/resort the following day.

Immigration and baggage collection may take up to one hour at international airports.

In the event that poor weather prevents the transfer to the resort, Paradise KohYao can help arrange accommodation with hotels of similar standards in Phuket/Krabi.
