Santorini has a typical Mediterranean climate with extended periods of sunshine throughout most of the year, hot and dry summers and mild and rainy winters. In the warm and dry season (from April until October) you can enjoy clear blue skies, bright sun and very little rain. In the cold and rainy season (from November until the end of March) the temperatures are much milder especially in the evenings but long periods of consecutive rainy days are rare and the sky does not remain cloudy for more than a few consecutive days.
